How to make a classifier from a source?

Hi, let me just start with a statement, that this question had to be asked many times before, I just can't find any answer. I would like to use a unofficial classier from https://github.com/algonell/open-fx-miner -but I have no idea how to turn all of these files into weka 3.8.6 working package, or install it any other way. So... as the say...
