Problem with Normalize filter

To whom it may concern, I hope this message finds you well. I run WEKA 3.8.5 version in Ubuntu 20.04, and I have found the problem (maybe the bug) while processing the project. I tried Normalize filter in Preprocess panel in WEKA Explorer with my ARFF Dataset. It worked well, however it did not apply to the last attribute although the attribute is Numeric type and has no missing values. Should I concern this problem as a bug? Or did I miss some points in applying filter? I would appreciate it if anyone could reply to this problem. I am looking forward to get an answer with this. Thank you!
