Weka Package Manager

Hi, hope this email finds you well. My name is Khairani and im studying in Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Malaysia.

I am working on Weka to classify my latest dataset for malware analysis. Im using weka version 3.8.6 in Windows.

However, Furia rule is not found or not runnable even the package have been installed.  Is it because of the warning received?

Can you help on this?
Am I using the correct command and platform?
