Hello Thank you or your really quick answer even being weekend in NZ. The solution you describe has worked perfectly for now. After apply what you describe Weka hasn’t show the "OutOfMemory" window message and Weka is not crashing anymore. And yes, it could be useful for other users if this information would be updated in the Manual (WekaManual.pdf), and for this I would only add a previous step, that is to have Weka closed before to start the process you describe of adding the "JAVA_OPTS" variable.
