Dear Peter, thank you very much ! This solved the whole problem with my project. I was just only wondering whether it saves the t-scores and the p values of the comparisons ? I assume that it should save somewhere but I could not find it in the result file. Regarding the p values, does this algorithm also take the Type I error into account for multiple comparisons like by implementing a correction ?
