Yes! It's a great platform for running WEKA. Just download the ARM version from

  https://waikato.github.io/weka-wiki/downloading_weka/

For native, very fast matrix algebra using Apple's optimised libraries, used by some of the algorithms in WEKA, install the netlibNativeOXarm (https://weka.sourceforge.io/packageMetaData/netlibNativeOSXarm/index.html) package using the WEKA package manager.

The RPlugin, wekaPython, and Auto-WEKA packages also work fine on Apple ARM hardware. To my knowledge, the only WEKA package that does not currently work on Apple ARM hardware is wekaDeeplearning4j.

If you encounter any problems, let us know, but please provide detailed information on your environment and exactly what you tried to run.
