A good resource for getting to know Weka would be the MOOCs: https://www.cs.waikato.ac.nz/ml/weka/courses.html > There was one dataset that I was trying to practice with (attached in this email). It is a breast cancer dataset saved in csv format and I saved this dataset in a folder on my laptop. For some reason it it is not showing up in my folder when I try to open the dataset on WEKA. Weka's default dataset format is ARFF (*.arff), which the Explorer selects automatically as dataset type when trying to open a file. Simply change the file type from ARFF to CSV and your file should show up (assuming you are in the right location).
