Using the package - wekadeeplearning4j

Dear Sirs

I am reading an academic paper which utilizes two different 
Convolutional Neural Networks to create a forex strategy.

I have not used the above weka package before.

Attached are two images showing the structure of the two different CNNs 
in the paper.

Could somebody who knows the above package in detail care to offer an 
opinion as to whether I could use the package to create the forex strategy

My approach would be coding up a java program which utilizes this package
