Misclassified instances' indexes

I make classifications with various algorithms on 170 attributes extracted from a dataset with 325 instances. I'm having 325-fold cross-validation (ie Leave-One-Out). Due to my working area, I want to know what index (or order) the misclassified instances have. With 'Visualize classifier errors' I see them, I can save; but it is difficult to find which instance they are. Can I select the parameters appropriately in the WEKA interface and achieve this?
