Those are mostly based on visualisations. Yes, you can plot the relevant
data in WEKA (e.g., in the Visualize tab, or by plotting classifier errors
-> right-click on the corresponding entry in the result list in the
Classify panel).

The Q-Q plot is not that straightforward, but you could probably also do
that one by using the AddClassification filter in the Preprocess panel
along with the Standardize filter.
