Most of the classifiers in WEKA are not available

Dear WEKA Support Team,

We are trying to conduct a land cover classification of a WorldView-3
satellite image at the moment. When we open the WEKA interface, most of the
classifiers are not available (please see the attached photo).

We would appreciate your help in this matter.
