Re: Weka does not work in windows 11 pro. What should I do?

I have just installed WEKA 3.8.6 on a fresh install (modulo personal files)=
 of Windows 11 Pro Build 22631 by downloading the WEKA EXE from Sourceforge=
, and it worked fine, so it seems there is an issue with your particular se=
t-up.

Note that we do not have a version of WEKA for Windows ARM machines at the =
moment, only Windows Intel computers. (For Macs, we have a version for ARM =
machines.) To get WEKA to work on Windows ARM computers, you will have to i=
nstall a suitable JVM first and then run WEKA from the generic ZIP-file dis=
tribution that does not include a JVM.

Another possible problem may be an incompatible WEKA package in your wekafi=
les folder. To delete this folder, assuming it is in the standard location =
in your home folder, open the Windows CMS, make sure you are in your home f=
older, type

del \s wekafiles

and hit <Enter>. This will remove all packages for WEKA that you may have i=
nstalled, and you will have to install those again with the WEKA package ma=
nager.
