USing Weka with a Modula Java application

I am attempting to use the Weka library witha modular Java application which is being built using maven.

So far I have been unable to achieve this.

My questions are:

1. is there are recipe for achieving building a modular Java app that uses the exisiting non modular java Weka library.
2. Will the Weka library be available as a modular java library ant time soon?
