I intend to take my first crack at RM'ing APR/APU next week.

If anyone has private notes or hints about what happens before/after
release.sh in https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/apr/site/trunk it would
be appreciated. Otherwise, I will try to stick close to what I can see
in HTTPD:
