apr-1.7.1-rc2 tested on Debian 11 and 12+ (bookwork/sid).
All good with:
  apr_lock_method=USE_PROC_PTHREAD_SERIALIZE
  --enable-nonportable-atomics=yes
  --enable-posix-shm
