File apr-1.7.5-rc1-candidate-win32-src.zip seems to be missing. There 
are asc and sha256 files for it but not the file itself.

The Announcement files habe changed their name from 1.7 to 1.x and the 
CHANGES file is missing, so we might double check, that the files are 
there and have the expected names, once the release gets published.

Now on to testing...
