+1 for release.

Tested on RHEL 6, 7, 8 and 9, on SLES 11, 12 and 15 all x86_64 and on 
Solaris 10 Sparc.

make check was fine, also built some apr-util variants against it 
including successful make check. Finally built a variation of httpd 
2.4.62 configurations on these platforms and ran the unit tests. All fine.
