- Checksums fine
- Public key needed for checking the signatures is missing in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/apr/KEYS
- Tested with RHEL8. Passes make check.
- Tested with HTTPD 2.4.x. Passes the test framework.

+1 to release.
