Website: Update API docs for trunk/2.0

Hi,

When reviewing a recent commit to Serf, I was a bit confused by a piece of
code dealing with a difference in atomic pointer prototypes between apr-1.x
and apr-2.x. I checked the docs on the website and couldn't find any
differences. I finally figured out it was changed in the code (r1763666)
but it seems the docs on the website has not been updated since that time.

Can someone spend a few minutes to regenerate and commit updated API docs
for trunk/2.0? I've done it but the patch is 19 MB (Doxygen has changed
some internals on how it generates cross reference links so basically every
<a> is modified) and I think it will be easier for someone with commit
access to regenerate it themselves instead of reviewing the patch.
