+1 for release; builds and tests fine on RHEL8/9/10 + Fedora 44. Tested 
against APR 1.7.6 and run httpd-tests with 2.4.68 against both.

(There are minor compiler warnings with maintainer-mode on F44 which 
I've fixed in trunk but I think that's not a regression.)
