Well, I want it in commons not APR.  Most of the people on this
list have heard me rant about this before, so I'll spare you
my reasoning.  (If someone wants a summary, lemme know.)

I don't yet understand the role of the 'incubator' at this point
in time, and I'm not sure that they are ready to take anything
right now.  -- justin
