FreeBSD 4.11/5.4/6.1
   perl 5.8.8 w/o ithreads
     httpd - 2.2.2, prefork mpm
	apr is not threaded
     mod_perl 2.0.2

ALL libapreq tests pass +1

(a version is coming next)
