Yes I do remember you :)

libapreq is maintained by the Apache Software Foundation, and not me
individually, so bug fixes would need to be sent to
[email protected] (CC-ed), and as part of the apreq perl-glue
release cycle would be uploaded to CPAN by the release manager.

I see you've got a suggested patch there, so there's a good chance that
