Hey guys,

Starting today, I've added this list to be a CC on emails from CPAN's RT
ticketing system.  A lot of our users send bug reports there just
because it's the CPAN way of doing things.

If anyone's got cycles, there seems to be a medium-ish list of old
issues there to plow through, a few of them on 2.13
