The Axis Project Management Committee (PMC, see [1]) is pleased to
announce that Alex Mantaut has accepted the invitation to become a
committer and PMC member.

Alex has provided many patches to Axis2/c project and has been an
active member in the community of a while and has been answering
questions and doing discussions on the mailing list as well.

The PMC voted to invite him/her to join as per the Apache process.
There were 11 +1 votes and no -1 votes.

Welcome aboard!
