This release contains three bugfixes:=20

* Disallow reference to external resources in DataImportHandler's =
dataConfig request parameter=20
* Allow collections created with legacyCloud=3Dtrue to be opened if =
legacyCloud=3Dfalse=20
* LeaderInitiatedRecoveryThread now retries on UnknownHostException=20
