Principal SW Engineer

* 7 to 10 years of software engineering/development experience, with at
least 5 years designing/developing Java based web applications
* 2+ years experience leading a small team of engineers
* Java experience required; C++ is desirable 
* Experience with document database (CouchDB would be a plus), distributed
database, REST style web services, JSON and XML.
* Experience with state machines, feedback mechanisms, and asynchronous
processing are a plus
* Tools: Eclipse and Gnu toolset (gdb, gcc) are a plus
* Experience with object-oriented design and analysis
* BS degree in EE or CS
