I've been working with an open-source project looking to adopt The
Apache Way to govern themselves (yay!)

One thing that I noticed when looking at
http://incubator.apache.org/learn/theapacheway.html was that the link to
Roles and Responsibilities links to Jakarta's guidelines, and not to the
ASF suggested guidelines at
http://www.apache.org/foundation/how-it-works.html#roles

The former link (I'm guessing on this, since I didn't write the draft
myself, but was rather invited to review it) caused the draft that the
project-in-question to come up included things like a 3/4 voting
consensus, and omitted things like requiring a veto to include an
alternate proposal or technical justification.

I'd like to suggest a link and text change simply linking to How it
Works, rather than the old "Roles and Responsibilities" link.

I'd be willing to help write the patch if I (1) knew where the page
source is and (2) had someone at infra make sure that I was encoding the
"internal" link the write way :)
