Question about the documentation of MDProfile, MDProfileMandatory and MDActivationDelay in 2.4.x and trunk

Hi,

apparently r1923593 (2.4.x) seems to be the backport of r1923592 (trunk) 
(mod_md).

I've not looked at the code itself, but the updated doc has not been 
backported.

In particular, MDProfile and MDProfileMandatory are not in 2.4.x.

What puzzles me, is that r1923592 (trunk) also removed MDActivationDelay 
in the doc, but not in the code.
Is it expected?


So, as I don't fully understand why the doc of MDActivationDelay has 
been removed from trunk, I just report here.
