Re: [VOTE] Release httpd-2.4.64-rc1 as httpd-2.4.64

That's for more than 10 year old versions of libcurl. I do not support such old versions in the module. I recommend updating to a newer libcurl or not build mod_md on your platform.

Since mod_md is experimental in Apache httpd, I see no need to disrupt the release based on this.
