Hi,

Do you have any plans to release the following fix?
The 'busy' parameter in mod_lbmethod_bybusyness is broken, leading to incorrect load distribution, which is causing us problems.
We have confirmed that the 'busy' parameter is broken in the balancer manager.
We would very much appreciate a formal release.
