ci.apache.org - what to do with these links.

The docs have a bunch of links to ci.apache.org <http://ci.apache.org/> which is no more, may it rest in peace. I’m seeking input on what these should link to, or if I should just burn them entirely. What do y’all think?

All ci.apache.org URLs redirect to ci2.apache.org which returns 404.
The old Apache CI system has been decommissioned.
