[I] Not Handling Spaces In Wrapper Path [httpd-mod_fcgid ]

   I'm using 2.3.10 on Windows, and I can't seem to use any paths with spaces in the file-name. 
   
   I can use the short-form path, but I'd ideally like to be able to use paths in the same format as all other Apache configuration settings.
