The automatically generated API documentation (doxygen) of the httpd code is no
longer available under the URLs referenced on the documentation pages.

forwards to
https://nightlies.apache.org/httpd/trunk/doxygen/
which gives a 404.

The automatic build seems to be executing here, but has failed for all recorded
attempts due to a missing dependency on the build system:
