Another one. If I restart the server in a way that doesn’t terminate the parent
process but does reread configuration files (i.e. graceful/USR1 or
restart/HUP), will the mapping program be killed and restarted (1) always, (2)
never, (3) only if the configuration directives related to it have changed, or
(4) something else?
