Hey.

As a result of https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1054564 Debian
made this change:
https://salsa.debian.org/apache-team/apache2/-/commit/87fb3dac24ae682fb15182c2ab1dc7e717ded818
to their Apache packaging, setting per default:
  AllowCONNECT 0

with the intention of (per default) disabling CONNECT.

The Apache documentation doesn't really mention that this is the behaviour of
setting it to 0, and in fact
https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=23673 rather seems to indicate
that the plan was at least once to make 0 the wildcard.

Could you please document whether this is the intended behaviour, or whether
it's merely a current but non guaranteed implementation detail.
