Hmm. The doc on this is kind of confusing. It says:

For using flat-file storage (without loading mod_slotmem_shm), this must be set
to 0. The value must be either 0, or bigger or equals 10.

Which seems like a contradiction.

I need to dig a little more in the code to figure out what the right thing to
do here is.
