Fixed — changed "authentication" to "authorization" in the Access
Control backwards compatibility section. The provider-based mechanism
replacing Order/Allow/Deny/Satisfy is indeed about authorization,
not authentication.

Patched in r1933461 (trunk), r1933462 (2.4).
