Fixed in trunk (r1933557) and 2.4 (r1933558).

Added a clarifying note to CacheDisable that among the per-directory contexts,
this directive is only supported in <Location> and <Proxy> sections — not in
<Directory>, <Files>, or <If>. The "directory" context designation is retained
since it covers Location and Proxy as well.
