Rewrote the DirectoryCheckHandler usage section to explicitly document
what On and Off each do:

- On: mod_dir takes no action if another handler is configured
- Off (default): mod_dir processes the request regardless

Verified against mod_dir.c source. Also fixed typos in French
translation ("à été" → "a été", "définis à via" → "définis via").

Patched in r1933594 (trunk), r1933593 (2.4).
