Documented that the path/regex argument is required for ProxyPass,
ProxyPassMatch, and ProxyPassReverse when used outside <Location> or
<LocationMatch> sections. The syntax shows it as optional (in brackets)
because it is omitted inside those sections, but this was not explained.

Patched in r1933645 (trunk), r1933646 (2.4).
