Two fixes in the ErrorLogFormat section:

1. "the log line" → "the format string" in the field-splitting
   paragraph — the sentence describes how the format string is
   divided into fields, not an actual log line.

2. "format string items" → "format specifiers" (3 occurrences) —
   "format specifiers" is the standard term used across the industry
   (Java, PHP, Python, etc.) and is clearer than "format string items."

I don't feel strongly about this terminology, but happy to follow the lead of
other communities.

Regarding the French translation issues: those are best discussed
directly with the translator (Lucien) on [email protected].

Marking NEEDINFO — I believe the core issues are resolved. Will
close shortly if there's no further feedback.
