Added examples to the <Location> section in the Configuration
Sections documentation, illustrating non-filesystem use cases:
built-in handler, reverse proxy, and URL-based access control.
Also added a summary paragraph noting that <Location> is the
appropriate container for proxy configuration and module-provided
endpoints.

Patched in r1933722 (trunk), r1933723 (2.4).

The Configuration Sections page (sections.html) has been
substantially updated recently — you may find it helpful to
re-read it, as several areas of confusion around section merging,
<Directory> vs <Location>, and how they interact have been
clarified.
