I think “query string” is clear enough since it is standardized, but I would
recommend either dropping the "including the PATH_INFO” precision or adding a
link, in particular since there is usually no PATH_INFO. I am a senior web
developer, and it took me several minutes to figure out what that meant (where
I read it prior to your tweak).
