I remain unclear what change you are suggesting here.

I will note, however, that the stuff in /howto is intended to be a completely
different tone than the formal comprehensive module documentation in /mod. The
latter is a reference manual. The former is tutorial. The distinction is
intentional. Yes, some of the docs blur the line, but for topics where we have
dedicated tutorial-style documentation (authnz, rewrite, ssl, and so on) we try
to have that distinction, and will over time be moving towards making that
distinction crisper, not blurrier.
