I don't know what you mean by the request not containing a URI but you seem to
be saying that this ticket is now a dup of #70035 which was closed invalid,
suggesting that this is also invalid.

Feel free to clarify but I'm inclined to close this as having had all relevant
parts fixed.

Please do feel free to open a new ticket addressing only the point you feel is
unresolved.
