Fixed in trunk (r1934603) and 2.4.x (r1934604).

Reworded the opening of the DPI|discardpath section to clarify that PATH_INFO
is appended to the URL-path/URI, not a "portion of" it. Also added glossary
links for URL-path in trunk.
