That is my interpretation of the following sentence on
https://dlcdn.apache.org/:
> If you are currently at apache.org and would like to browse, please visit a nearby mirror site instead.
That being said, the target page is half-broken and possibly inconsistent, so I
am not sure where the problem(s) is/are. There does not appear to be a tracker
for www.apache.org bugs.
