I'm not sure I understand if this is what you're asking, but yes, this project
is part of apache.org - we are a project of the Apache Software Foundation. So,
yes, downloads come from apache.org.

dlcdn.apache.org, however, is managed by a different group than the httpd
project, and so any reports of how that site phrases or organizes their
download page should go to them (who I assume is infra) rather than to this
tracker, where we cannot do anything about it.
