Good question. We used to generate manually on release. It required a windo=
ws=20
setup (with all the locales installed) and that chm generator tool from=20
Microsoft. I don't know if that even still exists.

I personally liked those files, though. But then, last time I generated the=
m I=20
still ran Windows XP or something in a VirtualBox just for that :-)
